We had a lovely time in Hollybank Lodge as usual. We are regular visitor and enjoy Cafe Italia and the Spice of India restaurants in Windermere as will as Mathews Bistro and Dodds in Ambleside. We visit the regular markets in Keswick, Bowness and other villages. The lodge is ideal for the two of us and our two dogs.

We stayed at HollyBank in March 26 as returning customers. Great communication from the owner before we arrived. The Lodge is lovely and has everything you need. It is is a great location for Winderemere , Ambleside etc with great walks direct from the Lodge. The site has a restaurant onsite which even delivers direct to the Lodge- lovely food! We have stayed in many places in the lakes and this is a definite favourite - highly recommend

My husband, myself, 2 friends and their little dog had a lovely relaxing weekend at Sue’s lodge. The weather was rather wet(as usual) but it didn’t stop us getting out and about. A walk over to troutbeck and coffee and cake at their welcoming little cafe, then a stroll through the village to the mortal man. The lodge is extremely well equipped, warm and cosy but with plenty of room for us all. The boys even managed to watch their beloved York city football match on the tv!

Thankyou to Sue for letting us stay at Hollybank Lodge . We have stayed at Limefitt in various lodges many times over the years but Hollybank Lodge is by far our favourite. It's clean , well maintained, homely , spacious , well equipped and well laid out. We loved the master bedroom with a comfortable bed , proper dressing table & tv. The en-suite bathroom is a good size and the walk in wardrobe is ideal . The utility room was ideal for hanging up our wet walking gear and washing dirty doggie feet etc . It was so nice to have a tv with good reception ( we've never had that before in previous lodges here !) . We can't fault the lodge or its location . Sad to be leaving today but we have made a couple of bookings for next year !!

This has been the best winter holiday and would definitely do it again, cant wait re book, lodge was perfect, the walks .people food and scenery. 🥰🐕😁 The booking was perfect and comfortable if needed any help Thanks sue 🥰

We're regular visitors to the Hollybank lodge. It's well equipped, particularly in the kitchen, and has an ensuite shower room as well as a bathroom. We take our dogs to the enclosed dog field onsite. The park is close to Windermere which has a number of restaurants; Cafe Italia and the Prince of India are our favourites. We visit the villages between Windermere and Keswick. Holker Hall is also worth a visit.

Another lovely stay at hollybank lodge ,really cozy and comfortable and a lovely sunny verandah when the weather's good.we look forward to coming back so thankyou Sue

I’ve lost count the number of times we’ve stayed here! We enjoy it so much, it’s such a lovely place to stay whether you want to just chill or go and explore, this has it all! The owners are exceptional and really want you to have the best time.. The lodge is lovely and cosy in the winter and has a lovely decking area for those very welcome summer days! There is a dog park which our lab loves to explore and the pub is a lovely place to have a bite to eat and a drink. We really can’t wait to go back again.

We had a most wonderful stay in the Fellwalker Lodge. The lodge was super clean with great facilities. Limefitt site was great for our small dog with lovely walks and the on-site pub/eating facilities were a great asset which we used 3 times during our stay. We will definitely return one day soon xx

Just coming to the end of our latest stay at Fellwalker Lodge. Think this is maybe our 8th time here and we are already booked to come again in August. Pepper our Collie has had a fabulous time walking, swimming and playing at the dog park. We've had a fabulous time as always here. Great accomodation with everything you need and more. Sue is contactable almost immediately if anything is. needed and nothing too much trouble. Our home away from home and we are already looking forward to our August stay. Thanks Sue and Steve. Couldn't have been better unless the rain had kept off but didn't stop us doing what we wanted to do anyway and our soggy Collie loved it. See you soon Fellwalker xxx

We have come to Hollybank many times and love its closeness to Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere and Keswick. The lodge has a well equipped Kitchen and Booths grocery store has most things for self catering. The utility room is next to the main door which is handy for those with dogs. Unfortunately Park Dean have a lot of work to do to make the dog field secure again including replacing the gate, and fencing to keep sheep out. Dogs are secure on the lodge decking which has a table, chairs and a BBQ.

Beautiful lodge (home from home) in a lovely setting. Amazing views & so peaceful. Great pub on site with lovely food. Secure dog field for your furbaby. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Thank you Sue, we will be back.

Fabulous stay once again at my sanctuary, we even had sun all week which never happened before!! The lodge itself was clean,tidy and met all our needs. This would be my 6th visit,absolutely amazing xx

We had a fantastic stay in Hollybank Lodge for 2 weeks. The lodge was very comfortable and a real home from home, with everything we could have needed. Its in a fantastic location on Limefitt Park and we easily left the car and enjoyed some walks from the lodge. The kitchen is very well equipped and the washing machine was a great help with all the wet weather we had (12 days out of 14!) Sue was a pleasure to deal with and the booking process was easy and hassle free. We would highly recommend Hollybank Lodge and look forward to staying again in the future. Another fantastic stay in HollyBank. A true home away from home with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The lodge is clean, well stocked and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Cannot wait to return
