Our Lodges
Both lodges come with all the comforts you would expect in a home away from home, including their own free independent Wi-Fi. They have gas central heated and double glazing to making them comfy and warm whatever the season. With large secure external decking so you can enjoy the sunny days, taking in the views.
Fellwalker
Spacious open plan living and dining area. The lounge has 2 leather sofas, oak furniture, and feature electric fireplace. The dining area has table with 6 chairs. Double French doors open out to the front decking.
Entertainment
Limefitt park is a peaceful and tranquil place.
It is set in the beautiful Troutbeck Valley and it just 3 miles north of Windermere. The Trout Beck runs through the park and its clear waters come from the fells and into Windermere. Across the Park there are beautiful views and there is direct access to the fells. It has received a David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award and is a honeybee friendly park. The Haybarn Inn is dog friendly and is just a short walk from the Lodges. Serving food and some Lakeland ales in traditional surroundings. It has 2 outside beer gardens with stunning views across the Valley.
The Trout beck is a great place for a splash and a picnic.

As a nation we are known as dog lovers, since your dogs are a part of your family it is only natural that they should be part of your holiday. The Lake District is a wonderful place to holiday with your dog. There are an abundance of dog friendly attractions, places to eat and lots of walking in beautiful scenery. Your holiday lodge is based on Limefitt Park, which is in the stunning Troutbeck Valley, near Windermere. It is pet friendly and comes with all the comforts you would expect in a home away from home, allowing you and your dogs to enjoy your holiday in style.
Your lodge has a large decked area with lockable gates, so your dog can keep an eye on what’s going on, securely. There are so many walks straight from the lodge, making it ideal for exercising your dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the Park, but the dog field is set aside for your dogs to stretch their legs, while you take in the stunning scenery. The Haybarn Inn situated on the Park is dog friendly and there are 2 other dog friendly pubs within a 15 minute walk.
